General Report Writer is extremely flexible, offering free format reporting from all fields on both payroll and personnel records. This is over and above the standard report writers provided in the payroll system. Job Costing allows for the incorporation of all elements of labour and overhead costs for posting into the costing ledgers. Any element of costs can be apportioned on a user-defined basis. Data Extract facilitates the extraction of fields from the payroll for downloading to word processors for letters, spreadsheets, graphics and integration with general ledger and other accounting systems.

General Ledger Interface allows for a user defined output file to be created which can be passed to your own General Ledger system.

Functions of Paywell Screen Paint allows user defined screens to be defined with fields nominated for either display and update.

Leave History creates ledger cards for each employee, maintaining records of leave.

The Ledgers Module allows for the creation of full ledgers for any payroll transactions. Each set of transactions has its own ledger card, which are customer defined. it also gives the user the ability to hold and print histories fo transactions from the payroll as far back as records are held. Payslip History Module creates and automatically maintains historical information of all employees' remuneration records. This module allows pay clerks simple solutions to answer queries. This data can be retrieved for printing or extracted and used for back dated pay awards. Manual Payments allows for payments to be done to individuals at any time. Manual Payments can also be used to retrieve data from the previous run or from payslip History.
